**Each 2BR/1BA suite includes: 1 Queen bed in the Master bedroom with bedding. 2 Single beds in the second bedroom with bedding.Furnished open-concept living / dining / kitchen area with outdoor patio or balcony.TV with basic cable service.Air conditioner (rarely needed, thanks to our usually ‘perfect’ indoor/outdoor living climate.)Wireless internet service (‘up time’ isn’t 100% in Mexico, but dependable most of the time.)Free VoIP phone in the common/pool area (there are no individual ‘land lines’ in each suite.)Kitchenware provided includes an assortment of basic cutlery, plates, and glasses for four people.Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker and microwave oven.Bathroom has large shower area; four bathroom towels and washcloths are provided.Maid services are weekly if renting longer-term, otherwise are available daily upon request.The property is just two blocks from a beautiful stretch of wide, clean golden-sand beach, lapped by warm, relatively gentle surf (because of its location inside the Bay of Banderas.)Swimming pool, open from 9am to 11pm daily (no lifeguard service, for use at your own risk.)Ocean-view rooftop deck hours from 7am to 1am (for yoga, sunbathing and social gatherings.)Free on-street parking available in front of the property, but a car isn’t necessary (see following.)24-hour taxi stand is just half a block from our gate (get from/to the airport in 15 about minutes.)Local bus stand just 3.5 blocks away for fun, regular service to Puerto Vallarta and the airport.24-hour pharmacy and grocery store is also only 3.5 blocks away.UBER is now available in Mexico, but we recommend using the local taxi service when possible.Offsite property management office open 9am-5pm/Mon-Fri (no ‘Reception’ or 24hr staff on site.)For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, smoking is not permitted in the suites or around the pool area, but is allowed in certain outdoor areas where smoke cannot interfere with the enjoyment of other guests, such as ‘downwind’ areas of the roof-top terrace. Small, well-behaved dogs or cats may be allowed on a ‘special request’ basis.
